Oooh, go to Collectorz.com and check out the Book Collector! I own both the Book Collector and the Movie Collector, and I couldn't be happier. All you have to do is enter the ISBN from the book and it will enter all the information you could ever want into the database. So easy!! I had an Access database that I created 15 or so years ago for my 2500+ books, and it would have taken another 100 hours to update. AND I had to enter everything by hand. When I get to the point where I want to organize my music, I'll buy their Music Collector, too. That's how much I love the folks at Collectorz. Their customer server is topnotch... the Movie database integrates seamlessly with my DVD carousels... and if you have a lot of books or movies to input, you can use a scanner with them to speed things up considerably. Go... get Book Collector!

Disclaimer: I don't usually gush this much about products, and the people at Collectorz have not enticed me in any way (except for having great products which I have purchased) to gush here today. :)

Do tell about this book data base. I've slowly been working on putting my books on a spread sheet to create the database I've wanted since I was a kid thinking of setting it up on index cards.
