American Idol

Yes, it’s another Mad Lib.

One bitter contestant that came to howl was so puny that one of the judges made a bet with her.  He said she was such a bad librarian that if she overcompensated in the kitchen, everyone would leave!  The Idol wannabe was so confident she was a talented singer, she accepted the bet.  If she could sing for a crowd in the kitchen and have 13 of the people there not munch, she would get to grumble to Hollywood!  So the contestant, who sort of looked like Max, sang her kidneys out.  She shook her lungs and waved her elephants, and one by one, all of the people in the kitchen left.  All except one, that is! Christian Bale stayed and clapped for her!  He yelled Sa-weeeeet! and even gave her a standing ovation!  She was so happy, she started to crunch!

I like this. You have inspired me to invent a variation, which I posted last night. I still do mad libs, sort of, but mainly I take two subjects that have nothing to do with one another and then I try to write a post which alternately included elements from the two subjects, in the same paragrah.

But after doing it once, I like your mad libs better.

Thank you (I think) for the mention. I am still trying to work on a real comment. None so far. Ahl bee bock.

I have many more Mad Libs planned. They appeal to my twisted sense of humor. As for the mention… well, I generally think of you when they as for “Name of Person in the room.” Because I know you’re watching. ;)

Wait. I though this was gong to be another Mad Lib? Sounded pretty normal to me. No wonder I couldn’t think of a thoughtful comment. You cheated and made a normal post. :)

And I am always watching Kelly. Always have. But I am harmless to Kelly. She knows that.

Comments ARE normal. Well, as normal as anything can get when Max is involved. I save the Mad Libs for the actual posts because — well, can you believe this? — some people don’t read the comments!

Kelly knows that Max is Mostly Harmless.
